Maybe they meant Favorable Winds, although it's always funny to see prep use with Barrage

I agree a switch is in order for Zealous...

Daggers -1/1 is fine
Swords -1/2 is fine (warriors do not use that much energy)
Bows/Hammers -1/3 would be good.

As far as the things that increase attack speed -- the sword warrior can use those as well.
